The Transportation Property Network (TPN) is an association of the leading real estate brokers from each region of the United States who specialize in truck terminal real estate.

TPN was created in 1996 by its members as a response to the need voiced by major trucking companies for a national one-stop source. This source would ensure that motor carriers disposing or acquiring terminals throughout the United States would be provided with maximum coverage by experienced professionals with specific expertise within each region of the country.

Unlike other networks which specialize in conventional, industrial or commercial properties and only occasionally become involved with truck terminals, each member of TPN has lon experience in the marketing/acquisition of truck terminals and currently derives a major portion of it business from the truck terminal real estate market. The principals of TPN, collectively, have over 100 years of experience negotiating hundreds of truck terminal sales and leases. Collectively, TPN members have sold, purchased or leased over $500 million of truck terminal type real estate.

TPN, through its affiliated members have data bases and other sources which allow it to serve the trucking industry better than any other real estate network or real estate service.

TPN consists of Weintraub, Casey, Zurkow & Max, Inc. (New England and Middle Atlantic States), Kurt Stewart, Inc. (Midwest/Central States), Piedmont Properties (Southeastern States), Transportation Brokerage, Inc. (Southern and Southwestern States), and Transportation Property Company (Western States).
